Website Rater

I'm announcing myself available to rate Pokémon Websites. What happens is that you send me an e-mail requesting me to rate your site and I go see it, navigate through your pages, and then rate the site according to my thoughts about it. I will be picky and a perfectionist, so be aware. Any comments from me that may sound harsh have the only purpose of helping your site to be better, don't think I hate you if I say I don't like something. Well, I will rate your site according to some predefined criteria which I will go through now.

Layout

D - Your whole layout is very bad; the text is unreadable, the colors clash and are eye-hurting, the navigation isn't organized and you show no effort in it. If you get a D it just means you have to work harder on it and I'll try to give you some tips.
C - What will happen most of the time is that the layout deserves a D rank but the webmaster(s) show effort on the site's layout. If that's not the case then it means the layout is minimally organized and the viewers don't have to stare at the navigation bar half an hour to find out how to navigate through the pages. Your layout isn't eye-hurting but it's nothing special really.
B - For this rank your layout must be good and readable, you must show effort and the navigation should be nice and organized. The graphics must be pretty good and the layout must be done by you or staff.
A - If you are to score an A your layout must be excellent and clean, your links distinguishable from the text, your navigation organized and awesome graphics. Not only it must be easy on the eyes, but it must be appealing to me, I must like it. Also, the layout must be entirely done by you or staff.

Content

D - You have 5 or less pages of real content and many "Skating Pikachu" and "Tic-Tac-Toe" pages. It's basically a site where I can go and read it all in 5 minutes. You may also use chatspeak...
C - You have some of the pages mentioned above but you also have a decent amount of good content and I can spend 15 minutes on your site without getting bored because I have nothing more to read in it and you may have a little chatspeak but no "zOMFG peekachew's teh big 1oneoneone".
B - You may not have any of those "Raise a Pidgeotto" pages or stuff like that and your grammar and spelling must be good. You must have juicy paragraphs written by you or staff.
A - Virtually all your content must have been written by you or staff and you must have big and organized paragraphs of real content and trustworthy information. Your spelling, grammar and syntax must be great and your site must not have hardly any errors of that kind.

Personality

D - You put no personality whatsoever on your site. Almost everything you have is made by other people other than you or staff and your content is all in lists and tables going strictly to the point on everything.
C - You don't really show much of yourself but you have at least an "About Me" page or something like that, so people can get to know you better if they want to.
B - You give some personal notes on most of the things that you write about and let your viewers know you. You have at least a game review or something, at least a page strictly about your opinion on something.
A - All your website is a reflection of you and what you are and you give personal notes on virtually everything you talk about. You comment, review and state your clear opinion on things and share a lot of yourself with your viewers.

Activity

D - Your last update was a year ago and it's been more than a month since you last posted in the forums (if you have any). I seriously doubt anyone will get this rank xD.
C - You update like, one or two times a week but your updates aren't really much and you don't and you hardly ever add anything to the site with them. You don't usually go to the forums (if you have any).
B - You update more than two times a week and the updates must have more than just one paragraph and really add something to the site and you participate regularly at the forums (if you have any).
A - You update almost every day (exceptions for big sites) and back your updates with juicy paragraphs and new pages for the site. You participate regularly at the forums (if you have any).
